500g ripe banana
150ml maple syrup or less if desired.
3 Tbls cinnamon
½ tsp cardamom (optional)
½ cup melted coconut oil
- Mix the above ingredients in a Vitamix or blender until a smooth consistency
- Place in mixing bowl, then add:
- 1 C ground flaxseed
- 1 C ground activated buckwheat
- 1 C coconut flour/li>
- 4 dates finely chopped (optional)
- ½ C walnuts (optional)
- Mix well with wooden spoon or by hand then add to loaf tin.
- Place in dehydrator on 40 degrees for 4 hours then turn out and dehydrate for another 8 hours.
Serve with Nice Cream or Cinnamutter (raw vegan cinnamon butter) and / or maple syrup.
